    Ronald C. Todd II, President of Ronald C. Todd Associates since 1992.  
    A 41 year old, native of Dayton, Ohio is known as the Agent of the Sleepers (USA
    Today), Champion of the Little Guy (Detroit Free Press) and the Rainmaker
    (Philadelphia Inquirer). Todd was the youngest African-American to negotiate a first
    round National Football League Contract in 1995 at the age of 27 (Hugh Douglas, 16th
    pick, and first round, N.Y. Jets).  Todd was an All-City and All-County High School
    football player (Dayton Belmont High School). He earned a football scholarship to
    Bowling Green State University (Ohio) majoring in Public Relations.

    Todd graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration with
    a Concentration in Management from Ohio Dominican University and an entrepreneur
    since 1992 working as an independent insurance broker and a consultant to National
    Football League players. Issues regarding: Banking, Financial Services, Charitable
    Giving, business opportunities, and foundations.  Todd has served on the Boards of the
    West Area YMCA (Dayton, Ohio), African American Community Foundation, and the
    Martin Bayless Foundation.

    Todd has been honored to give motivational speeches in the cities of Dayton, Ohio;
    Mobile, Alabama; San Diego, Ca.; and Phoenix, Arizona.  Sought as a speaker to
    inspire youth and future entrepreneurs.  In 1999, Todd was a distinguished panelist at the
    Congressional Black Caucus in Washington, D.C.

    Licensed with the National Football League Players Association since 1994, as a
    Certified Contract Advisor. Todd has successfully negotiated over forty National Football
    League player contracts, 5 Canadian Football League contracts, numerous Arena
    Football League contracts and one professional baseball contract.  Todd’s contract
    negotiations are not limited to athletics. They also include contract associations with
    McDonalds, Nike, and Reebok.

    Todd is presently working with professional athletes on getting involved in ownership
    of professional sports organizations and having the mind frame of an entrepreneur.
